You may say things to the effect that a vendor told you a specific fact and that the "fact" turned out to be untrue, but do not just say that someone is a liar. You may say that a vendor has always been good to you, but that is of little value. It might be better to say that the vendor stood behind a defective product, for instance.

This Forum is experimental and may be modified or deleted in the future.

Carl-I see there are several different threads started for the same vendor and it makes finding info on them harder, since you have to check several threads in the vendor feedback forum. Maybe you could make a single thread for each vendor listed so far, and only allow replies to that single thread. That way, all the info is in one, easy to find location. Just a thought.

Please remember that this forum is for personal experiences with vendors/products. I understand the temptation to comment on other people's issue's, but please don't. If you have personal experience with the same vendor, then please feel free to add your comments.

We have had a couple of incidences where the first time someone complained about a vendor was when they started a thread in this forum. Please don't do that. Try to work out the issue with the vendor first. Then, post here if the issue was not worked out.
