CFKS March 7-9

I wish, I have gone for the last 2 years,but I have a wedding to pay for. So no koi shows this year

Here are a few koi that will be for sale at CFKS. These are jumbo tosai 14-16 inches, amazing what a mud pond in Florida can do for koi. See ya there...

Heading out in the AM...hope we do not have to bag koi in the morning in thunderstorms Orlando or bust

It is pouring rain out....not sure I will be able to catch and bag fish in this mess....looks like no let up til noon...never took a rain check for a show

must be tough to try and make sure the the koi do not get wet

oh the days of showing cattle in rain.one guy leading and 4-6 guys carrying a tarp over them to keep them dry(this was done between barn and show ring).you could never lay it on them because you stood hair up on the back to make them taller and straight across the back

Now I remember another reason I liked the covered roof over the pond.
I can wear a raincoat but don't know if I can see the fish good enough.
