I get some error screen that quicktime is missing from the server. I click okay and it looks like it's playing but... it's just a white box with audio. I use firefox at home and IE7 at work.
I'd love to download the mov so I can replay whenever I need it.

Get a download manager...
I use flashget
and to use flashget with firefox you would need the flashgot(For firefox only) add-on
Once you installed flashget just right-click JPennington's "
Click Here for Higher Quality - 48.55MB (Quicktime - MOV)" and hit "Flashgot link"
Thats my way of doing it... I'm not too sure of other methods of downloading videos

You can right click on the high quality link and go to Save Target As (I think that is what windows still calls it).

I just wanted to say thanks to Bart and Kathy for allowing me to get up close and personal with their big girls. I know I will never afford to own koi like that so it was a special treat for me.
I was as nervous as a long tail cat in a room full of rocking chairs, so I was pretty much useless.

I figured it out. It's wasn't a download issue. I had an older version of Quicktime on my computer. So after downloading and installing the newer version then everything works fine, including the hi res version I has already downloaded.

I'm sorry, but I have to ask. Did you install it after you downloaded it? If so, when you open quicktime and go to Help > About, what version does it say?
