Spectacular Gary! Nice 'real life' photography too.
I just LOVE Impatiens.
Never had a summer without at least a half dozen here and there around the gardens and container plantings.
Especially love the New Guinea variety.
They are very care free here, any old idiot could grow them.
I have several that come up every year from seed, volunteering in the strangest places... ...but then again, if you're the least bit observant of your imps, you will notice the football shaped seed pods explode and scatter the seeds for yards in every direction. (especially if you find a very plump one and hold it cupped lightly in the palm of your hand) And like a lot of other plants, they don't bloom true to parent color....which means you can not sell the seeds or seedlings with any guarantee of color or parentage, unless you are a scamster.
