A high quality Stainless steel European Profidrum or Prodrum rotating drum filter.
Bugger poverty, and give the the cat another gold fish.
Less work, and far more play.

LOVE my RDF. It is a SeaSide and it has been in operation a year now. LOW maintenance and so far 100% reliability. I was contemplating RDF or sieve but couldn't get past the liability of having the floating weir stick on a sieve. Not to say sieves aren't great but my only experience is the RDF. I wanted either RDF or sieve as to take the junk out of the water as compared to a settling tank in which the junk is still in the water, decomposing.
