All dead algae move to skimmer

I have been keeping koi since 2006. I had issues with algae in the spring but I always managed to take care of the problem. I am wondering if someone has come up with "an invention" to move all floating dead algae to the skimmer. I treat with PP with no issues but the dead algae have to be removed from the pond. I use hydrogen peroxide as a preventer of algae attacks but still, in the middle of the afternoon, any dead algae at the bottom will come to the surface and then "we" have to use a net to remove floating dead algae. There has got to be an invention that someone has created whereby a temporary flush of surface algae can be directed toward the skimmer. Any such invention yet
      ?

I have never had your floating dead algae problem, but I do get pine needles and debris raining down certain times of the year. The skimmer doesn't clear it fast enough for my taste, so I use a spray nozzle on a garden hose to push the debris toward the skimmer. Some playing with the nozzle spray pattern helps.

I use some sodium thiosulfate to handle the chlorine in the city water.

Grumpy, I have tried that but it does not work for me. Even when I feed the fish, the food hits the water and the dead algae particles just break up very fine and remain in suspension. I know that I need to vacuum the pond early in the morning while the particles are at the bottom. So far I have not been getting up early enough to do that LOL. I just thought that maybe someone has come up with some contraption made out of a floating perforated flexible hose that can be put on the surface edges of the pond and connected to a pump outlet. This would create a water flow in the direction of the skimmer. This is just an idea that I have in mind.
