How long should one wait to use Prazi after a Proform C treatment?

I'm on my 3rd day of Proform C and want to do a fresh Prazi treatment as well before I fill up the pond. Any idea how long I should wait?

No wait required. I use the two (or Fluke-M instead of Prazi) simultaneously on day 3 of the Proform C treatment and then leave both for 7 days
before any water change. I usually will follow up with another fluke only treatment in 10 days to kill any eggs from gill flukes that may have hatched.

Ah ok, thanks, unfortunately I'm still having high nitrite so I might have to wait then. I'm doing daily water change.

For the high nitrites, add salt at 1 pound per 100 gallons. This will protect the fish from the nitrites. Once the nitrites start to go down then you can do water changes to remove the salt.

I'm getting some mix information about 2nd prazi course. Some say 3 or 4 days after the 1st, others say 7 days. Here you are staying 10 days.

Is there a safe date because I only have enough for a 2nd treatment.

It's not an exact science... It depends on your water temperature. The warmer the water, the faster the eggs will hatch. The life cycle of a gill fluke
is approximately a week. You want to let as many as possible hatch but treat before they lay more eggs at the end of their life cycle. My water is
cooler year round than many (low 60's) so that's why I lean towards a longer period. Most what I've read is they'll hatch in around 4 days and then live a
week or two and lay more eggs. In So Cal you're probably warmer so 7 days might be better. 2-4 days I think is a too fast and you may miss more
      that hatch a little later.
