Is my Koi Fat, sick or pregnant

Hello, yesterday we noticed our Koi (Kiko) was looking a little fluffy or bloated. Being fairly new to Koi, we wanted to make sure there is nothing to be concerned with. Any guidance you can provide is apprecaited.
I uploaded a video of her to YouTube that can be seen here: https://youtu.be/X6iK4haWTEg

Thank you in advance for any guidance.

Looking at the swimming, nothing is standing out. I would suspect that she is female, and has started putting on eggs, though is seems either late for this year or early for next year. Spawning usually takes place, in my experience with a full moon in late April, May, or up to mid-June, but she may just be slow to come of age. It appears to be a doitsu, (scaleless) fish which makes detecting dropsy difficult. Dropsy is a case of the kidneys not being able to excrete as much water as the fish has coming into the system, which could be kidney failure, or a major breech in the skin which acts to isolate the insides from the pond. I would try to get a view of the bottom of the fish so see if there is a major ulcer. No ulcer, keep an eye on the fish, and enjoy. Ulcer, come back with pictures and we should be able to help.

If you aren't, as yet, get a good test kit, like the API Freshwater Master Test Kit and an API KH Test Kit. If there are problems, we like to start by seeing what the water parameters are as they are often the cause of problems and knowing where the pond is and where it is going chemically is very important.

Thank you, I don't know if this matters but she's a Kikokuryu with 1 red eye and is ~11 inches long. I'll try to get a picture from under her belly.

I wonder what you feed your koi.

I have several koi with belly like that, though just as Richard said, spawning season is over. Since I have been feeding my koi with 1/3 cat food, I wonder if food is the cause. On the other hand, these fat koi are not particularly active at taking cat food, and most koi look fine, some are still very slim though they take cat food, so I am not sure.

We feed them a premium (summer time) food and some occasional fruits and veggies.

That is quality food for koi, so food cannot be the problem.
