      Gin rin Ochiba

So this is my final new koi of the season ( i posted the other 2, the goshiki and the matsukawabakke). It was hard because i had to get rid of 3 of my old koi to make room for these 3 new ones. I don't have enough room just to add new ones without rehoming old ones.

This is a female ikarashi bred gin rin Ochiba. She was 17" when i bought her in September and she came to me at 22" today. They did a great job of feeding her. See below video

I was down in FT Laurderdale FL and went to a place called bristol koi. Has a large mud pond to grow koi out. A large main pond with a automatic feeder to fatten them up and then several tanks for selling the smaller koi. Had some nice quality koi.

Very nice ochiba. The only "flaw" I can think of is that it would be even better if the brown color hade left some grey edge at the front part of its head.
