Ci, almost all neocaridina will interbreed. Bloody Marys are maybe one that will not because even though it is a neo, it is a little different. All of the colors are due to the constant culling of the shrimp to keep getting the desired color by taking the less favorable shrimp out. When you put different colors together, they breed and you are reversing the genetics, basically.
I keep all of my shrimp in individual color tanks because of this, but a “skittles” tank (one with many different colors) can be very beautiful with its many colored shrimp. Even with the “wild” colors you mention as that is what the shrimp are reverting to, can be interesting and can produce some interesting colored shrimp.
Here is a Bloody Mary” shrimp pic.

I cleaned out a lot of my anacharis and hornwort from my tanks in order for the light to get to the moss in the tanks. It also allows me to see the shrimp easier.

I can see having tanks for individual colors and I would try a tank with the mixed colors *Ci* I like your tank scape.

I tried to get some photos of my badly coloured mixed breed shrimp. amazingly hard to do! These are with an inexpensive clip on lens for my phone at 25x magnification.

And a couple more. It was very interesting to see the tiny bits of hair algae - this gravel is the size of coarse sand. Now I know what they are grazing on all the time : )

My latest tank find. I went to a guy's house to buy two aquarium stands and while there I saw that he had several tanks as well. I asked him if he had a 5 gallon tank, and this s what he showed me! This is the type of tanks I had as a teenager. Slate bottoms and stainless steel frame, and so far, it hasn't leaked!

The Black Rose neocaridina shrimp look black but sometimes you see the slight red like an undertone. Cool!

What a find on the tank! I had one years ago but it fell victim during a house remodel. And a beautiful detail on the shrimp. I have 2 kitties that are black until you catch them in the sun and then they are a dark chocolate with tabby stripes.

Going to put green rili neocaridina shrimp in it. I lost my group a couple of months ago, I think because I may have over fed them. Now made their tank a skittles tank but I still want to get some more green rilis.
Most of my varieties are starting to produce babies and I am amazed at their size at hatching. A 16th of an inch long is my guess, and no wider than a human hair! The bigger shrimp in the picture is barely over 1/8 of anch long and the one behind is maybe 1/16 of an inch long. These are green jade neocaridina shrimp.

I am looking for some more currently. I may have lost the first one’s because of over feeding fresh foods and not removing the excessive food. Not sure what happened but just going to start over with that variety in another tank.
To keep a line clean and as a quality as possible, you need to “cull” your lower quality shrimps every so often, usually ever six months or so. The culls are still healthy shrimp but sometimes they are they are the wrong color or wild colors. Sometimes they are even beautiful unusual colored but not consistent with your line. Here are pics of some of culls from my fire reds.
