Ci, almost all neocaridina will interbreed. Bloody Marys are maybe one that will not because even though it is a neo, it is a little different. All of the colors are due to the constant culling of the shrimp to keep getting the desired color by taking the less favorable shrimp out. When you put different colors together, they breed and you are reversing the genetics, basically.
I keep all of my shrimp in individual color tanks because of this, but a “skittles” tank (one with many different colors) can be very beautiful with its many colored shrimp. Even with the “wild” colors you mention as that is what the shrimp are reverting to, can be interesting and can produce some interesting colored shrimp.
