Koi bulging tummy

Any member know what s wrong with my koi? The tummy area slightly pop out a little. Not the big bulging type, but can see the shape deform abit. Anyone know what can i do and will it recover? 😭😭

It is just a tosai, roughtly 12 to 15cm size. it doesnt look like any pic of koi develop eggs i got via google. 😭😭 the location of the swollen part is located slightly upper near to fin as per in the pic.

How early can a koi get eggs? I think my Ake Nisai are getting eggs but unsure. It's pretty round now.

The head, the pecs, it looks like it's all cockeyed.

The mouth, jaw and eyes all appear to be offset to the right.

The pecs do not look equally shaped.

The left pec appears to be a little further back from the end of the gill plate compared to the right.

The dark pattern helps to exaggerate the front end.

I think that some have developed eggs as early as late 2 year olds, but generally 3.

The koi is deformed and possibly genetic issues. Might be tumor, genetics,bacterial,parasite. It could be many things that caused this look. And would only be a guessing game to figure out the real problem.
