Can the glue fpr PVC-pipe used to glue PVC-membrane?

      Hello friends:

I plan to make a window to my plastic tank, and the window material will be transparent PVC-membrane. The question is which type of glue I should use.

      Thanks for your suggestions!

      Addition:

I think that the glue must be soft when solidified, otherwise it will crack when the plastic wall bends.

I think so. PVC-type glues are "solvent-based", which means they essentially dissolve the plastic, and it's effectively "welded" together. BTW, you can get clear primer and glue, something you might want to consider for something as visible as a window.
