Potential Goshiki Purchase (Pattern Development Question)

This would be my first time doing this, so I apologize in advance if asking for feedback on a potential purchase (as opposed to a koi I own) is poor etiquette

I am considering purchasing this koi. I am looking for nice quality pond fish and likely will not show. My main question here is in regards to potential development. This is a 6-7" tosai currently. I prefer the style of Goshiki with a medium-to-dark background with thick paint beni on top - I would prefer little to no fukurin/pattern on the beni patches. I understand nothing is a sure thing with Goshiki development, but what would you expect in terms of background and beni development on this fish? I see some minor "imperfections" on the beni patches but is it possible these fade with time, or does it indicate that the underlying base pattern will eventually show through? Several other fish in this size range currently show significant background pattern on the beni so I figured this was my best bet at achieving my desired end result.

For that I think you need to look at the parent koi to determine the possibility. It's all a gamble. If you have hard water and seeing how dark the head is already at such a young age, I think it's inevitable the sumi will show on the beni, at least some...

As for pattern wise, I like these two better:

Thank you for the input. Good to know about the head color compared to age. I had picked that one as it has a "good enough" pattern and the "thickest" cleanest beni so far. But I don't know if clean beni now necessarily translates into thick clean beni later. But what you are saying is maybe I should be paying more attention to the sumi than the beni at this stage of development.
