      Unusual Growth on Koi

      Has anybody seen this before.

I was told it was Carp Pox and my fish has now had it for ages (like years) but I think its now growing

Decided to net him yesterday and get a closer look

It is hard and crusty to touch and he seems to have taken the surface off.

      Now I think its cancer.

If as you state it has been years, then I would tend to agree it is probably cancer. Virus forms that look anywhere near that generally come and go with the seasons and may after a couple of seasons, just disappear.
