my koi shows no interest of feeding

i got my new goshiki 3 weeks ago. she is not big fun to feed whereas other kois eat like no tomorrow. i took her up yesterday. I did skin scrape, no parasites found and also no signs of bacteria infection on either body or gill. water parameters NH3/NH4 0 , NO2 0 , NO3 30PPM, PH 8.4 KH 160PPM. The water he was in has neutral PH of 7. could it be a new environment that makes her sort of depressed? she seems not getting along well with other koi. She always swims around the pond alone. is she homesick?????

Many times a fish will need time to adjust to the new surroundings. It is not uncommon for a fish to be off their feed for several weeks, and at this time of year, unless the pond is heated, you will probably find the fish not interested in food until spring.

Get her a Chagoi as companion and have it play with it and show some hand feeding instructions. that will most likely work. or heat the water a bit

Worrying ain't gonna do anybody any good. There's less than a 1% chance she has anything wrong with her. Could have had some trauma from the move, she'll get over it.
