Ordered online and it took about a month to arrive orderd Jun 15th and arrived mid july
Progress update started clearing out the inside of the fenced area..
There were five bushes and 1 was a tough one.
Broke down some cement borders... goal is to clear all the wood chips out and flatten out the ground.
Decided on growing live grass instead of cement. Pavers or artificial grass..
Cooler, softer and way less expensive and irrigation is already installed
Just a few bags of grass seeds

I went with scotts Bermuda grass same as the stuff I currently have on the whole front yard. It grows well with little water and tough with high bakersfield heat. Almost all our neighbors has Bermuda grass really soft to the touch.

Mulch all gathered and bagged up today. Will need to estimate how many bags of top soil I'll need and have to figure out sprinkler water spray pattern and coverage tomorrow and replace most of them to pop up sprinklers.
