      White spots on head

So I recently noticed these blemishes on the head of my fish. At first I thought it’s just some fish changing but notice that 4 of my koi have it to some degree here are two examples. Is this normal or something else. They eat swim and act ok otherwise.

I thought maybe they all got bumped in the same spot but that seems unlikely

I don't see any blemishes on the head of the koi or problems with koi. Maybe someone else can confirm or deny my opinion.

On the kohaku, it appears to be a window in the red, just a pattern thing. On the other fish, it could be a scrape. For now, I would keep an eye on it to see that it gets better rather than red/inflamed as that would indicate an infection that would need to be treated.

I did have a newLy installed water return that they where playing a lot in before I put a grate on it. I just find it weird different koi have it all on there head area. It’s hard to see on photos. The faint light areas around the head looks almost yellowish. Odd
