A couple of months ago I purchased the Dreampond Koi Pro Round Net Head 32". Before using the net I found that a section of the netting wasn't properly sewn, in fact it hadn't been sewn at all. I reached out to Dreampond via email and heard nothing at all. I let about 10 days pass and emailed again and still no reply. Since then, I had to use the net and it worked fine, but it will no doubt fail due to the flaw. I find it really unusual in the era of online everything to be totally ignored on a legitimate issue with a product.
