      Definitely. We get a lot of them here because of the big pond in back, but most of them are bigger than a quarter.

      I've read that there's a couple of different types in Washington state but they're rare.
      I've lived in this area my whole life (60+ years) and I've never seen one except in a pet store.

      One year in my old greenhouse that had sand up under one of the benches I found 4 baby box turtles that had hatched out and they were tiny
