Hi, I had high hopes for Champion Koi, but was met with dissatisfaction and frustration. I had ordered three Koi online each priced at $500 and was so excited for my purchase. I was even discounted a shipping box and saved myself around $100, but when my Koi arrived I found one koi that was a completely different fish from what I actually ordered. I called to see if they could help me with the situation and was basically told I have to keep the wrong fish and they would not send the right one. It seemed like I had been ripped off because I had to keep a fish that I did not want. On top of that I have still not received my refund for the discounted shipping. How can you as a Koi shop mistakenly send the wrong koi and insist I keep it instead of letting me choose a fish that I would like? I am very disappointed in the way this transaction happened and I will not be purchasing anymore Koi from a place that is so inconsiderate to its customers. I paid good money for bad customer service. Though, they did offer an exchange if I brought them the fish back IN PERSON.I even asked if I could ship the fish back to them. However, they disagreed and said they would only exchange the fish if I drove up to the shop....Their shop is 6 hours and 30 minutes from where I live.
