      Underwater Camera Recommendations

The underwater camera comments on the forum are showing from 2018 -

Does anyone have any recommendations for underwater camera that I can remotely view that won't cost me a fortune?

I came here to look for the same thing. I can't believe no one has answered you. It must be that your question isn't in the best forum?

I bought this one last year. It worked out pretty well. I havenít had any issues with it.

I guess that would depend how you define "the best forum." I am leaning to think most here do not consider underwater viewing the best way to enjoy koi. I personally find viewing from above most appealing.

For Xmas last year, my hubby got me a Barlus Underwater Camera 304 Stainless Steel IP68 1440P 4MP POE IP Camera 5 Meters Length Special Line Lens 3.6MM ($180 on Amazon). LOVE IT!!!

      IMO, everyone should have one.

So much fun to get up every a.m. and check the fish from my computer. Really nice when it's 25 degrees outside and there's a foot of snow on the ground and you don't really want to shovel your way to the pond to check on the fish. Really fun to watch them at night. Fun to watch the frogs swimming by. Tadpoles, too. If I was recording overnight I'd probably get a picture of the critter goes night swimming and digs up my plants (fish manage to avoid getting eaten).

Did I mention how much I love it?
