pool epoxy coating over thoroseal

I have a newly gunited pond and the groundwater is soaking through causing areas of walls that stays wet. With the vast knowledge on this site, can someone tell me if I can used a pool epoxy coating over the Thoroseal. The Thoroseal is typically used as waterproofing. Thank you for any advice you can give.

The Thoroseal, like concrete, will have to be properly prepped before applying the epoxy coating.

So I can use the epoxy coating over the Thoroseal. I was worried that the epoxy coating will blister over the Thoroseal.

Epoxy and other paints won't hold if applied with water actively seeping through. Too much water on the outside of the gunite shell can cause it to lift in the ground if empty. Are you getting a lot of rain?

Yes, it has been raining on a weekly basis because of all the cold front coming down.That is the price for wanting to wait for cooler weather. This summer would of been perfect except for the 100 deg. weather and drought.

I had a hard time trying to plaster my pond with water even a little seepage . Plaster would sag and weep off some. But I had no plaster experience
