This little baby is about 7-8 months old and is around 5-6 inches long. I call it "Freckles" because of the tiny spots on the face.The spots may get larger as it grows older and look "dirty" but for now they just look like freckles.

This little guy, now a sub-adult, came to me with its front right foot and toes missing. It has re-grown most of its foot and the toes are now re-growing. How wonderful it is to see this happening. Doesn't he look happy?

It is amazing that they can grow back their legs or feet. Where do you keep your axolotls? I remember you were keeping them in your greenhouse before you moved.
