My Koiís Dorsel fin is turning red

My koiís back looks red like blood blotchy and the dorsel fin is turning red. Doesnít look like fin rot. The ammonia level is fine, but it is very hot outside. Could it be sunburn, or blood disease. I Added Two new koi about two weeks ago.

Most likely a bacterial issue in which there is not enough oxygen at all levels of the pond causing stress.

It is my understanding that posting on the health section is not allowed until a health official responds first. Your posting could be an issue but there are (many)other good possibilities as to why the koi are having these issues.

Sorry if that was the impression but no, anyone can respond but if the Committee doesn't agree with your diagnosis/treatment,
they get the final say. But anyone should feel free to respond.

I'm not sure if this thread got moved, but it's in Main... I'm going to move it to the ER forum so hopefully
      others will see it.

Ells koi: A picture would help a lot. Can you get actual numbers for ammonia, nitrite, pH, KH and water temp?
