What I thought was carp pox

So what I thought was carp pox virus ( waxy nodules from cold water affecting this koi) hasn't gotten better with summer water temperature s. I'm starting to think it is something else because it has a tinge of red on these areas on sides , top, bottom, ventral and anal fins. Does anybody know what this is and the treatment ?

so after adding 40 pound bag of salt to pond. The koi's cleared up alot especially on top shoulders. It could still be carp pox but I think perhaps the salt gave a bit of boost to her immunity.

Your particular koi variety does not get hikui. You can't cure hikui that I am aware of. It's a cancer.
