What is this bump on my Koi's fin?

Greetings, I just noticed that one of my koi has a white bump on it's fin. It sort of looks like a rice crispy. It's about that size and it bumps out. Doesn't seem to affect the fish at all but what is it? Should I be worried? Should/can I treat it and with what? I was thinking Dimilin-X might be in order.

That bump looks to be viral, and as such little can be done. It should disappear with a change in temperature and may or may not return next year.

It stands for broad spectrum disease treatment (BSDT).

      It can be found here

It is used in conjunction with another type of product (praziquantel) to treat for flukes.
