Need help diagnosing the issue and possible treatments

      Hi,

Could you please help diagnose the issue highlighted in red. I have given a couple of salt baths and have not seem much progress so am planning to give this Koi a Potassium Permagnate bath but want to know what this is before I attempt that.

That doesnt look parasitic or bacterial to me. So salt and PP/KMnO4 isnt going to do anything but annoy or hurt your fish. It looks like a tumor or a viral exantham. I could be wrong, but the tissue doesnt look inflamed, or angry, it just looks like its not supposed to be there... which is almost the deninition of a tumor.
