When you get new Koi you should, for the safety of the Koi, have a separate QT system to treat them before entering your pond, and, when you transfer them, you should empty the bag into a blue tub and then use a sock net to transfer the fish out of the old water. Mixing your pond water with the water they were transported in is also dangerous as the water in the bag could have a lot of ammonia in it and the pH usually drops during transport. When the pH drops that ammonia is much less toxic but, when you add fresh water to it, it raises the pH suddenly and the ammonia in the water becomes toxic and can burn the gills on the Koi.
I don't mean to be harsh but there a re a lot of people that will see this and they should know the potential for issues. Congratulations on your new Koi though, they look great. The Chagoi is probably 18" or so.
