      123Ponds and Customer Service

      Wow, I ordered several items from 123Ponds. They were delivered in a timely manner and all items were in good shape. I made an error in my order and wanted to return an item. I noticed that even with the return(I knew I'd pay for shipping back) my original order would still be over $100. I called and spoke with Nadia to see if they would match a price that I can get here locally and after being on hold for 20 minutes she said they could not. I understood and let her know I'd need to return this item. She then told me that being that I was returning the item I'd have to pay for the original shipment of that item. I told her that it says differently on their website and that is not the definition of free shipping. She said it was their policy. I read to her what it says on their website which states:

      "If you are returning a partial order be advised that we will minus the complete shipping charges if the part of the order that you keep is under $99.00"

      I was then told by Nadia that she would take a look and get back with me later. I said why can't you handle this now? She said she would look at it whenever she had a minute, that she had better things to do. Seriously!?
      I asked to speak with her boss and she said she was the boss.

      Terrible customer service

      So I turned in a return request last Wednesday and have yet to hear from the company and you are not allowed to return an item without their instructions. No way to run a business.
