Looking at your daily averages for this time of year......I'd say probably. Especially if they are still tubers. If they have been heated over the winter and already floating pads, I for sure would leave them attached to the tuber as night temps might stall them and the endosperm in the tuber will keep feeding them until they leaf out and can start photosynthesis
