Are these kohaku worth the money?

Hello dear koi keepers. I really enjoy this forum section and I am surprised how high quality koi for reasonable money you can get there is US. I live in Czech Republic and there are not many koi importers. I would like to ask you if you think these koi are worth 400$. They are all nisai and less than 32cm (12.6in). Breeder Hoshikin. To me they are all small with weak body. Not sure about the skin and pattern. I will appreciate any feedback.

Hoshiken had a KHV outbreak so you'll want to confirm these are unaffected.

Are these fish 1 year old right now? (aka nisai would mean roughly one year old right now and also known as "jumbo tosai") If they've already spent one year in the mud then they are VERY small.

#1 gets my pick $400 are those certificated? These look better than the certificated ones at Andrews koi international. But I think when I got there last week the good ones were already taken

I am not going to buy any fish now, not ready for that yet. I only want to make sure, that the fishes are not overpriced. Lately I realized that the eshop is probably outdated. Koi were hatched in 2016 and the pictures were taken in 2017 when these were nisai. If so, then they are not so small, or are they?. Koi are certificated. Don`t know anything about their current size and condition. Based on pictures I favor the last one, however it is only 26cm (10inch). Can anyone please provide a link to current hoshikin certificated nisai, to compare? Thank you.
