How do U even get ahold of them?
Few months ago I needed two of their biggest rdf for my new pond but the one time their phone number worked the guy on the phone was so quick to dismiss me and get me off phone when I was trying to buy 12,000$ worth of filters but I guess my purchase was to small?
Needless to say for a month I tried calling them phone number no one ever picked up for me. So I spent my 12k on different filters

yes, email me is the quickest way, I monitor it 24/7
calling the warehouse the chance of getting a hold of me is hard, like 3 days ago. We were inside the container unloading. There was no one in the warehouse to answer the phone.
