Bacteria? fungus? New Arrival with white spots

Koi was purchased online, and FedEx routed it the wrong way somehow. 14" Koi spent 3 days in a small box. When I opened the box, it wasnt moving much and the water was yellow/brown and full of waste. It has since "woken up" and is acting normal in my QT tank, but white growth on the koi in a few spots. Please see pictures below. Any ideas as to what it is? I am currently not medicating with anything, just a bit of salt in the QT. Opinions welcome. Thank you!

I suspect it is areas of increased slime coat. The cause could be the exposure to ammonia, the low pH that comes from a build up of carbon dioxide in the bag, or parasites. I would start with watching to see if it improves or gets worse with time. If it is ammonia burns or pH burns, it should improve on its own, provided excellent quality water, zero ammonia, nitrite, steady pH and KH of over 100. If it is parasites, it will get worse, and in that case, treatment with Proform C for 3 treatments with the last treatment having Prazi or Fluke M added for flukes.

Koi pox

More spots have shown up. I am most certain it is carp pox now. I had another fish with it earlier, and same signs are showing up on the tail, fin, and head.

I am going to say it is definitely not koi pox, but thickened slime coat from irritation. The stress of poor water quality in the bag has very likely caused an outbreak of parasites, most likely costia, so I would still aim at treating with the Proform C and Prazi or Fluke M on the third dose of Proform C.

I own this kohaku for 6 years
And she will show it whenever water start cooling in the 50-60F
They just come and goes but just like hazy patches

Your koi is much thicker like fungus/fungal
removed them with my fingernails and apply salt paste on the areas is another approach then good water should speed the healing
