      Tamaura Sanke

There doesn't seem to be much traffic here, but hoping to get input on the beni of this Sanke. It seems off near the dorsal area, but how bad is it? I figure I'll grow it another year to watch, but would be nice to hear what others predict. I posted on facebook and not much action there either, but Troy Head did say the beni was bad.

I picked it up from Russ Spring 2017, the one pointed down. The only photo but I liked the head marking and sumi on the shoulder.

Beni is usually stronger near the head and weaker toward the tail. Not sure how fast the beni loss will be but it has already started on the last step. The pattern did show some warning signs in the tosai picture.

Thanks for the feedback. I see the thickness is not as good as the one below and there is some scalloping of the scale edges. Any other more obvious warning signs I am missing?

With head pattern like this one, beni loss may have already started as a tosai. There are always exceptions but circular shape is preferred over a map of Italy.

Thats a bummer. It looks like a male too.
Hindsight makes it easier to pick out the faults in beni.
