Took a fancy goldfish out of our indoor pond to aspirate her swim bladder. Procedure went well, but when I first put her in the sedation bowl (clove oil), three little creatures were in the water. I did not see them fall off the goldfish, but I am assuming that is what happened. while evacuating a little air from her swim bladder I was able to get a good visual inspection and she looked fine. I took the other fancy goldfish out of the pond, and it looked fine, no critters. took water samples, no critters. water parameters are good: ammonia 0, nitrite 0, pH 8.3 (which is normal), nitrate 20. water temp is 70F.
anbody know what these are?
