      If I’m good the wifey says we can drop by champion koi and see Tom Tran I hope he has some tosai tategoi available because I can’t afford their high end jumbo koi. maybe a video of toms shop.

      This kohaku i got on Sunday and Chai pronounced male right away
      You gotta trust a judge’s instinct
      Fancy pattern
      Didn’t grow much prrolly under 18” now
      Was 12” or so when picked it up
      Let explore a bit more shall we

      I thought some members can use this thread as part of learning from tosai
      I’m afraid this will be my last tosai growout thread only if I have more time this year to comes
      These are the last two they both measured 19-20” and both males
      I need to learn to stay away from fancy patterns in order to find a golden girl

      I like the sanke better than the kohaku I don’t like the pattern personally. But u got them really big
