      JPD Pafurazine F ( Elbagin )

For many years Elbagin has been a staple medication of Koi breeders, dealers and hobbyists around the world. Used in a number of ways, primarily as a supportive treatment against bacterial problems, and also when moving and handling Koi as a preventative treatment. However, last year production and distribution of Elbagin stopped. Japan Pet Design have released a 'new' version of Elbagin called Pafurazine F.
The product contains essentially the same ingredients as Elbagin. Clinical tests carried out by the National Fisheries University in Japan established its effectiveness to be the same as the original product.

I always vacuum seal it after I open it.
I had 6 packs of unopened Tricide-Neo get hard on me so now I vacuum seal it with no problems storing

Any container will do, medication is not like tricide neo so don't think vacuum sealing is necessary. Haven't had to in years of abundant use.

Where can I find the best way to use this product? I have two fish that have some scrapes that are mildly worrisome. I would like to bring my pond to .3 salt and then do a bath in a show tub with each of the fish. Not treat the whole pond. It seems hard to find the proper protocols.

This is why i had a small tank running yearound inside and able to keep temp constant above 68f
Quick bath may not work . I usually treat them for 7-10 days
      Cascade should have the product.

Thanks Tom. I bought some from you late last summer. You sent me a link to how to use it but I can't seem to find that link anymore.
Having a 4200 gallon tank I could just treat the whole pond I guess. The fish are recovering without it so it is not an emergency. But for the day that there is an emergency- I would like to find some good reading on how to use it best.
