According to the survey, I have "Cecil sandy loam, 2 to 6 percent slopes, moderately eroded". If that was once true, it is now completely eroded, because there is nothing here except red clay.

Most of my yard is hard red clay. The wooded area is sand and rock. When I lived in Ohio 1/2 mile from the Ohio River, I had the most wonderful black dirt!!! I never had to buy dirt at all. I miss that!
