      super customer service

      Unsure if this is the right forum, but i wanna send out a Huge Thanks to Mystic Koi of Upland, CA. I had a problem with a leaking evo 110 uv filter. I bought some replacement bulbs. The problem, though was in the filter itself, which the manufacturer has fixed, but the second set of bulbs were ruined by that time. I contacted Mystic again and I received a brand new filter unit. But since AquaEvolution doesn't cover damage to the uv's interior, I had to buy new bulbs, plus I had accidentally dropped one "sleeve" that fits around the bulbs, so I purchased two, just in case. Bill at Mystic got me a great price on everything and made sure that my next set of replacements came in. Great packing, but for some reason, both sleeves were broken. I wrote to Bill and the new sleeves arrived yesterday in perfect condition. Can't wait to turn the filter on, but I may just wait until springtime. Fantastic communication, fast service, knowledgable and all-around easy to work with. Thanks again
