This is how my MB is hooked up, giving me pump powered returns, awesome!.
Do you think that would work?
The water level of the MB is the same as the Pond and would have to also be the same as the US3, correct?

You can't gravity feed the MB from the sieve because the "new water level" is at the level of the sump and no
      longer pond level.

If you can't raise the MB then I think the only other way it would work is if you could somehow seal it so it could
be pressure fed from the pump.

Yea, it looks like Steve is right with the water level in the sieve.

Build a new shower above the moving bed. Cap the IN side plumbing. The moving bed will still work.

I would just make sure to balance the pump flow and the gravity return. Obviously limited by the gravity flow return by the pipe size, but would want to accommodate slightly for any media build up that may slow return creating a greater input into the MB than is being removed.

The waterline in the moving bed will be the same as pond if the return pipe is large enough. In reality, it will be slightly higher for flow to occur. What size of pipe is between the MB and pond?

Would it be possible to raise the moving bed pond walls? to create an overflow/spillway either through the middle wall or enter along the side? That would remove the pipe size restriction and can be fed from the pump->shower->mb or bd->sieve->pump->mb.

It would have to be connected via the TPRs which are 2". I have 4 TPRs

Negative. The MB is built into the pond

      F me sideways

Does this mean I have to dig a lower pad
Is the top of the sieve supposed to be at water level?

Base on provided picture you need to lower it at least 3 more Rain
Your water level is even lower than the pond edge
Good rule of thumb is the sieve 1/2-1 above max water level from my experience
      Must be done by now
