Hi, Does anyone know the name of this plant? I tried to google it and nothing came up matching it, plus all my house plant books are a bit out of date. I purchased it yesterday at Home Depot, was on the clearance rack for $2.99 and no one was around to ask, no tag attached. It has really brillant orange centers and leave stems. If I can get the name I can look up the details for its care. TIA for any help.

It looks like a variety of Spathiphyllum... here's a link to several different ones... I'm still looking though..might come up with more.

Thanks again for all the effort. I received the valuable information I needed. The plant is a type of spider plant called " Fire Flash", doesn't like sun, semi shade is best.

Hey Maureen I like it! Glad you could find info on it. If you ever get seeds give a holler! I'd like to try growing one.
