Hard to believe that all my baby koi from 1" - 2" in size were still swimming around yesterday. These pictures were taken this morning.

Thank goodness we've warmed up here again. Haven't had any ice like yours even during our coldest weather so far this fall though.

No, I did not bring in the babies just my 7 Pleco's, they're in the garage in a stock tank eating away a lot of zucchini...

Do you leave everything running during winter? That waterfall is super-cooling your water at this time of year.

I never thought about that! Just went out and turned off the pump, now it's just the air pumps running. Previous years I always had the waterfalls running which was not easy when the temperature was in the -10 to -20 range for day's on end. Thanks for the tip! I did not put my diffuser on the bottom either.
