I spawned Kohaku's and Sanke this spring, the fry are quite assorted. As they are developing, there are a lot of Kohaku's and Sanke. There are also a lot of fish with two much black on top. I have some pictures in a previous thread "Culling Sanke and Kohaku fry"

well, if it where only kohaku, the black fry would be culled. the mostly black cold turn into a showa?? i'm not sure on the showa, but thats just what i'm guessing.

Black fry will most likely become either showa or shiro utsuri. Possibly bekko and other black-based koi.

Yellow fry will become kohaku and benigoi.

Yellow fry can also be showa its just less likely they will turn out ;)
