I'm curious what your air daytime highs have been like?
My water temps have dropped but our high today was 36* and it hasn't been above 55* in a week.
My shower is running and I'm sure that takes it's toll on water temps too... but I'll be interested to
see your results when temps really start dropping.
Well done on the cover.

We've hit 60 for the high and about 35 for the low. Mostly sunny, feels great in the afternoon but frost on the ground in the mornings. This next week is going to be a lot colder (highs in the 40s) so we will see what happens. I have space heaters warming up the cavern--not sure how much that helps but they have a thermostat so it expends a lot less wattage than a bucket heater.
It was snowing for most of the day here in the PNW. It’s been cold for a few days with temps in the mid to upper 30s . The pond with the cover is at 45.6. This is above where I think it would be without the cover so it appears to be helping. I stuck my head inside and the herd is on the bottom in torpor.

Ok, after another week of decreasing air temperatures the water is right at 60 degrees for the early morning (low) temp. This weekend is supposed to be butt cold though with lows in the teens. I guess we will see what that does. In the meantime, my fish sure love playing in the skimmer. Good thing it's a Helix?
Is that a fish-eye lens you're using?

That’s the Arlo cam you use, same as mine? They have a 130 degree field of vision, hence the fish eye effect bending the view at the edges. Not quite fish eye at 180 degrees.
Main pond 4000 US Gallon, 22 Koi. Oase Proficlear Premium + Bio Module, Bitron 120 w UVC, Bakki Shower, Dura 7+ ashp. Grow on tank 600 Gallons with Eazypod Automatic and 70 litre K1 biochamber.
Somewhat, but the distortion due to the lens doesn't do the fish/pond justice. Just use your phone, dude.LOL
