Yup. Earth temps are rising in general and we are seeing extreme weather events, but some people think a single jet stream dip wipes out years of scientific data. Of course that is something for people to go debate in the back room rather than up here.

Yesterday they predicted 1-3 inches of snow. It has been snowing now since this morning and still coming down. I would guess we have around 6” The really strange thing is our temps have been dropping. This snow may stick around for a couple days!

We hit record lows here for December and heading back into the deep freeze again. I'm not sure I remember coming out of it, lol. Going to be a lot of folks lose fish this year. We need our January thaw soon to give us a break.

I had to push ice out of the RDF discharge line this morning. Pond is down into the mid 40's. Hopefully it comes up a little today before temps plummet again tonight.

Hang in there, Jim. It can't last forever. (unlike Minnesota).

Record breaking cold again tonight. Hope on the horizon though. Warmer weather in the forecast for next week, but the warmer weather brings a crap load of snow.
