just so that you know, you can really bulk up your fish with home made foods and you don't have to feed them too many times a day either. the trade off is time consuming.

Hello Steve,
I have been feeding my 60 kois with homemade food during last week, they completely changed, they really calmed down as they hand feed now!!!
I used:
- 12 canned sardines
- 2.2 Lbs of shrimps
- a fair amount of rice
- 6 garlic cloves
- orange juice
I mixed with gelatine and they really loved it !!!
