Will a "bent" Koi ever become "unbent"

I recently had a new tosai accidentally overdosed with Prazi in quarantine due to a faulty gram scale. Three koi died, eight are doing fine. The last ones tail goes bent while swimming. The koi has been eating fine and over a month has gone by since the accident. The koi seems to be straight when feeding off the side of the pond etc.
Is there any chance this koi will straighten as it gets older?

I've never heard of it improving, just intensifying the spinal twisting as the Koi gets older.

One of the reasons I mentioned to watch out for this with the oxylinic acid overdose.

They can absolutely straighten out. I had that happen to 2 koi....and I was heartbroken. I am not sure why it happened..from medication or rapid growth. It took several months...good nutrition and water quality. I think a deep pond is better, as the exercise is like a form of physical therapy. I also think high protein food >40% will help speed recovery. Much the way a human needs a proper albumin level to help heal a wound. Don't give up on this fish...Mine recovered to win it's class at a show!!!

I didn't think it was possible to overdose with Prazi. How much did you use?

Thanks for your replies. The Prazi was probably around 2-3 times the recommended dosage. I tested the scale, weighing a kilo and it was right on. After the deaths, I tested at lower rates it was way off. This was only a 300 gallon quarantine, so it is hard to tell just how much exactly the overdose was.
The prazi treatment was also in conjunction with a 3 day ProForm C treatment that was followed to the letter, with water changes etc. The Proform C was used the previous year and was stored in my basement with no chance of freezing.
Luckily, the other fish made it. I will certainly not give up on the fish (Bentley is his/her name) The pond is very deep, great water quality and I feed them well, so we'll see.
      Thanks

while my comment here may be "off" topic, it may have some revalence......

I think Koi Keeper as a whole tend to give up too quick on pattern development and other situations like growth etc. While we got conflicting information ( based on personal knowledge of the subject which does differ ) it does go to prove that some things take time and we need to be prepared with each purchase to use it to our best advantage for our koi.

I've got a Kohaku with that just recently got a bent back. Not sure how, but it still eats and swims a little funny. I've been watching her and hoping that it will fix itself. I guess if it gets worse, I'll put her down
