My wife was only kidding - I have to buy it myself, so I have to prioritize. Summer 2017 will be about aeration and move forward around the pond and the park-area. Summer 2018 will be about making a second pond close to the mudpond together with a waterfall. I need a pond to grow any additional koi I will buy 2018 or 2019.
Although it is nice that my videos are seen, for me personally, my channel helps me reach two goals: it pushes me to finish the pond the right way this time, and learn how to make/publish videos/how to use YouTube as a social medium while I have a lot of fun making this videos. And an underwater drone will be a lot of fun
Im still learning how to edit with Adobe Premier Pro, and I have just started to learn/use Adobe After Effects. When my videos gets a bit better, I will make a Facebook/twitter/Instagram-account for this project. That will for sure add subscribers, but more importantly, I will reach fellow koi keepers that are only on Facebook. In Noway, there is only one koi-forum left. The rest have switched plattform to Facebook. My 8 years old boy asked me; why do you make videos that no one bothered to watch??? If you want subscribers, you have to make Pokemon- or Pixelmon-videos!
Before I make a Facebook/twitter/Instagram-account for this project, I need to find someone who can help me assuring the language in the script I use. I do not speak English particularly well (as you all know ). That is something that both bothers me and is an obstacle to a creative process
The only consolation is that I speak better English than most of those watching speak Norwegian 70 % of those watching are from US or UK. And 90 % of them are men between 35-65. I dont think they are particularly interested in Pokemon-videos

Your English is very well structured and spoken. No problem understanding you. I have friends with accents that are harder to understand than you are.

Keep your words sweet. You never know when you may have to eat them.

Thank you all for the kind words. My goal is to make better videos. I have a long way to go before the videos are what I want them to be - but my English is by fare my biggest challenge. That is the reason why I only use music in my latest videos. A short description has to be good enough. Even my own kids are teasing me for my English

Thank you I was only flying 50 cm over the ground, so no damage. It is risky to fly close to a large bundle of twigs. But I think it was a funny end to the video. Its my only crash so far But I need an upgrade. A drone with a rotatable camera is high on my wish-list. But I have to spend every dollar I can spare on the pond-project - not on "nice to have toys".
