Mucking out my temp. plant holding ponds.

It was nice here again so I worked outside a bit, I had dry stacked block and fitted with an old liner to hold some of my plants while re-doing my ponds. I was worried about it being above ground and freezing things, but as you will see after I hosed it all out they are all coming back.

I simply removed four end blocks on the slightly down hill side to drain it and then removed the pots and hosed it all out, so simple I may make a lily/plant pond in just such a way for ease of cleaning each year.

I think I need to do some dividing and re-potting, but will wait till I have ponds done. The one Lily is in a pot (pic 4-5) just a tad small, don't you think?

Put the block back and filled it up, this was too easy.

Thanks Mary and Tina, sometimes creating something in a rush turns out to be a good idea for future plans.

Thanks LouAnn, WoW 8 ponds , if I could find a way to make money or was already wealthy, I think I would enjoy just such a thing, traveling around and helping fellow ponders, that would be doing what I consider fun and spending time with great people.
