      Connecting my 3 inch retrofit bottom drain to a 12 foot pipe to a leaf basket +Pump

      I can't really seem to find any 12 foot pipes though! Is the leaf basket necessary? Obv should go with the zakki but I can't afford it.

      Got to give us more info than that.

      You can get pipe in either 10ft or 20ft lengths. To get the 20ft you will probably need to find a plumbing supply house just bring a saw to cut it so you can fit it in your vehicle. Yes, a leaf basket is necessary if plumbing directly from the BD to the pump.

      Thanks, I was hoping for a flexible (PVC) pipe though. I have a 6 or 7 foot PVC pipe but I'm hesitant to connecting it to a flex PVC from the BD (more connections means more likely to leak).

      You can order custom lengths of flexible pvc from flexpvc.com. It sure isn't cheap though
